Sarria to Portomarín

The 22 km stage from Sarria to Portomarín is one of the most popular sections of the Camino. The route gently winds through Galicia’s green countryside, passing charming villages, shaded woodland paths, and peaceful rural landscapes.

Portomarín to Palas de Rei

The 25 km stage offers a slightly more demanding walk with steady climbs and descents. After crossing the Miño River, the path rises through forests of eucalyptus and pine, past small villages, farmland, and traditional stone houses.
